The Holiday Challenge for the Rest of Us
Tinsel-free. Guilt-free. BS-free.
Inspired by the classic Seinfeld anti-holiday, the Fit-ish Festivus Challenge keeps you moving, mindful, and sane through the holidays.

What Is Festivus?
Festivus began as a tongue-in-cheek alternative to the over-the-top holiday season. It includes:
- The Aluminum Pole – strong, simple, no decoration.
- The Airing of Grievances – letting out what’s been driving you nuts.
- Feats of Strength – testing your might (and patience).
We’re using the spirit of Festivus to inspire a challenge that grounds you in strength, sanity, and self-care when the season gets crazy.
How It Works
Over 23 days, you’ll get short, purposeful daily challenges built around three pillars of the Fitish Festivus:
- Feats of Strength – Functional workouts designed to keep you grounded, strong, and steady through the chaos. Each one takes 30 minutes or less, helping you lift, move, and stretch your way through the season with consistency and confidence.
- Airing of Grievances + Festivus Miracles – Mindset prompts that help you let go of what’s draining your energy and notice what’s lifting you up. A little venting, a little gratitude, and a lot of perspective to keep your mind as strong as your body.
- The Festivus Feast – Simple nourishment challenges that remind you to eat well, enjoy your food, and stay fueled without falling into all-or-nothing holiday habits.
You’ll get everything delivered straight to your inbox; short workouts, simple actions, and realistic guidance to help you stay strong, centered, and maybe a little sarcastic through the season.
What You’ll Need:
- Dumbbells or resistance bands
- A little space to move
- Internet access for daily emails
- A willingness to show up... imperfectly, honestly, and with a sense of humor
And because every Festivus deserves a little magic, everyone who completes all 23 challenges will be entered to win an MBStrength prize pack at the end.
Strong. Simple. No Tinsel.
That’s the Festivus magic.
Why Join
Because you clearly need another thing on your plate, right?
Here’s the thing, when you’re busy taking care of everyone else, it’s easy to forget that you actually need care too. Setting aside just a few minutes each day to move, breathe, or reflect can be the difference between getting through the holidays and actually enjoying them.
This challenge helps you stay strong, steady, and sane so you can handle whatever the season throws your way, without crashing out by New Year’s.
