Program Schedule
Essential Strength runs on a quarterly cohort model, with new cycles beginning every three months.
This extended format allows time to build strength, establish consistent training habits, and progress with intention rather than rushing results.

At the end of each cohort, participants have the option to continue with the group and roll directly into the next three-month cycle, maintaining momentum and support without starting over.
