What Training Looks Like Inside Essential Strength
Essential Strength uses a simple weekly structure to build strength, endurance, and confidence over time.
Each week includes:
- Two full-body strength workouts focused on foundational movement patterns
- One strength and conditioning circuit to build stamina and work capacity
- One optional bonus circuit for those who want extra work
The program is intentionally structured so you know what matters most. You are never expected to do everything to make progress.
Workouts are delivered through my MBStrength app with clear instructions and demo videos, so you can train at home or in the gym on your own schedule.
Coaching and Accountability Without Overwhelm
Essential Strength provides guidance and accountability without requiring constant check-ins or live sessions.
You receive:
- A weekly coaching call focused on accountability, questions, and education
- Regular check-ins to help you stay consistent and work through obstacles
- Form guidance for key movements so you can train with confidence
Support is built into the program, but it respects your time and independence. You are encouraged to engage in a way that supports your consistency rather than adding pressure.
