My Philosophy is consistency is key, and less is more. I believe that a nutritious diet and exercise should be a part of your lifestyle, not a short-term goal. I’ve seen so many women struggle with the diet and exercise rollercoaster. Initially they start out motivated and excited to make a change. They begin the latest popular (often high intensity) workout program or restrictive diet, and eventually, they "fail" for one of two reasons:

This is why I believe less is more. When you try to go from zero to sixty, it’s impossible to maintain that momentum for long when it’s vastly different than how you’re used to operating. Start slow, build a solid foundation, and then grow from there. A workout program shouldn’t require you to spend hours in the gym or complicate your life.
